Contemporary Painter
I am drawn to the moments that often go unnoticed – a gesture, a glance, a quiet emotion that disappears almost as quickly as it appears. Rather than recreating reality, I paint atmosphere, memory, and the emotional space between people. Through colour, expressive brushwork, dynamic compositions, and layered colour, I seek to capture what often cannot be put into words. Born in Poland in 1967, I studied Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Many of my paintings are inspired by the inner world of women. Rather than illustrating a narrative, they explore presence, atmosphere, and emotions that exist beyond language, inviting each viewer to experience the work in their own way.
